Service NSW has been shaped by the people of NSW, who told us what they expect from government services. During research residents and businesses told us they would like easier access, faster service, and a single point of contact to 'tell government once'.

Internet and telephone service — open 24/7

On 1 July 2013, Service NSW launched a new customer focused website and opened its 24/7 telephone service.

Service centres  — services close to you

In early July, the first of our initial 18 service centres opened in Kiama at the former Kiama Motor Registry, 64 Shoalhaven Street.
