Anne is an experienced senior executive with significant expertise in people and organisational development.
Her primary professional focus is on building strong employee engagement, and robust leadership capability through a values based commercially focused culture which is adaptive to change. She is a strong advocate of positive psychology and the strengths based movement.
Anne’s focus is on building competitive advantage through acknowledging and leveraging the skills of the organisation’s greatest asset - its people.
In her previous role as Executive Director, People and Culture at NSW Businesslink, Anne was instrumental in effecting organisational and cultural change, recognised through the organisation receiving numerous people focused awards on a yearly basis.
Anne has undergraduate qualifications in Positive Psychology, Learning and Development, Workplace Assessment and Training and post graduate qualifications in Management, including a Master of Business Administration.
Anne also has significant senior experience working on Business Development, Business Assurance and Learning and Development.
