A recent review of our approach to the calculation of overtime and additional hours has led to our understanding that the Award requires an alternative approach to payment for all directed overtime worked.

If you are a former ongoing or temporary employee of Service NSW or you have the authority to act on behalf of a former Service NSW employee, you can register online.
Eligibility
A person may be eligible for an assessment of backpay if:
- they were an ongoing or temporary employee (excluding contractors) of Service NSW, and
- as a former employee of Service NSW, they worked in a Service Centre, Contact Centre, Middle Office location or at a Mobile Service Centre.

Who can submit this form:
- a former Service NSW employee (ongoing or temporary)
- a person with authority to act on behalf of a former Service NSW employee.
Privacy collection notice: Service NSW is collecting your personal information to confirm that you are a former employee, inform you about updates, and, if needed, request further information to verify your identity. We may also share your information with the Department of Customer Service (DCS) to confirm your previous employment with us.
Providing the information requested in this form is voluntary. We will make every effort to contact former employees. However, if you choose not to register, we may not be able to contact you or calculate and process any payment you are owed.
