The NSW Government provided a payment of up to $300 per day, with a total cap of $6,000, to eligible NSW volunteer firefighters who are self-employed or employed by small and medium businesses, and lost income due to being called out for more than 10 days from 1 July 2019.
This table represents the distribution of the grant by the residential location of the firefighter. The grant opened on 15 January 2020 and closed on 31 July 2020.
