CTP Green Slip reforms
The NSW Government is reforming the CTP Green Slip scheme to better support people injured on our roads and to reduce the cost of Green Slips for vehicle owners.
The Motor Accident Injuries Bill 2017 was passed by the NSW Parliament on 30 March 2017. The new CTP scheme started 1 December 2017. Here is where you’ll find more information about those reforms.

Green Slip reforms refunds
The 30 September 2019 deadline for claiming the Green Slip refund has now passed and no more refunds will be processed.
