Kylie has deep expertise in customer-led organisational transformation and complex program delivery.
As Chief Customer Officer, her current portfolio includes Strategy, Customer Experience and Analytics & Insights. In addition, she is the Executive Director of the Easy to do Business program, working across Commonwealth, State and Local Government to make NSW the easiest state to start and run a business.
Prior to joining Service NSW, Kylie had a career in Australia, North America and Asia in industries including banking, consulting, energy and telecommunications.
Her functional experience includes strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, customer experience and operational performance improvement in the private sector, professional services and federal and state government.
Kylie has a Bachelor of Commerce and has undertaken additional post graduate and executive education study in leadership, change, project management and organisational restructuring.
