Service NSW has been shaped by the people of NSW, who told us what they expect from government services. During research, residents and businesses told us they would like easier access, faster service, and a single point of contact to 'tell government once'.
Online and telephone service 13 77 88
On 1 July 2013, Service NSW launched a new customer focused website and opened its telephone service 13 77 88.
Service centres — services close to you
In early July 2013, the first service centre opened in Kiama and now there are numerous Service Centre locations in New South Wales offering over 970 transactions.
