The Companion Card program was developed to ease the financial burden on people with significant and permanent disability who need attendant care when engaging in community activities. The card allows the card holder's accompanying carer or support person free entry into participating events and venues.

The program aims to promote a person’s right to fair ticketing and to make community access and participation more affordable. Hundreds of businesses, organisations, events and venues across NSW have registered as affiliates with the Companion Card program, promoting the rights of people with a lifelong disability.

If you'd like to register as an affiliate, you can do so online. 

What you need

  • your business/organisation's details
  • contact person's name and details
  • description of your organisation's activities.

How to apply

  1. Visit Sign up as an affiliated business and select the 'Apply online' button.
  2. Complete and submit the online form.
