Renew a business name

If you have a registered business name, you'll receive a notice to renew it at least 30 days before it expires. This notice is usually sent by email.

Business name registrations can be renewed for one or 3 years.

Go to the ASIC website and renew your business name registration using the online form.

You have until the due date listed on your renewal notice to complete the form and pay the registration fee. If you do not register and pay by the due date, your business name registration may be cancelled.
