If you are unhappy with an experience when booking or travelling by taxi you can share your feedback by making a report.

You should provide feedback through the Taxi fare complaints form if your taxi driver:

  • refuses to take your journey
  • overcharges you
  • refuses to take you unless you agree to a fixed rate
  • does not use a meter.

When you make a report, you should include as much information about the experience as possible, including:

  • number plate of the taxi
  • date
  • time
  • location
  • taxi company.
