School Check-in

To check in, use the Service NSW mobile app or enter your contact details into a webform.

Webform

To use the app: 

1. Scan the QR code with your phone camera – the app's check-in page will automatically open. 
2. Enter your contact and visitor details. 
3. Select ‘Check in’. 
4. A confirmation will appear on your screen when you've successfully checked in. 

To use the webform: 

1. Ensure you have the latest version of your browser installed. 
2. Select the 'Webform' button. 
3. Enter your contact and visitor details into the webform. 
4. Select 'Check in'. 
5. A confirmation will appear on your screen when you’ve successfully checked in.
