Add or remove a category on an individual property licence

Introduction

An Individual Property Licence allows you to carry out work as described on your licence, subject to any specified conditions. You can add another category of work to your existing licence if you have completed the required qualification and evidence of work experience. You can do this at a service centre or by email.

What you need

• your personal details 
• your licence number  
• evidence of your qualification and experience requirements 
• the Application for Adding or Removing Category - PDF
• your payment.

How to change

1. Download, print and complete the Application for Adding or Removing Category - PDF
2. Make sure you have the required documentation 
3. Visit a service centre and submit the information in person.

If you're unable to attend a service centre, you can email your application to the address on the form.
