You can request to cancel your NDISWC application or your clearance via your MyServiceNSW Account.
If you've completed your online application (step 1) but not yet visited a Service NSW centre, your application will be cancelled immediately.
If you've visited a Service NSW centre (step 2 of the application process), your cancellation request will be assessed by the NDISWC screening agency.
If your application is subject to an interim bar, or a risk assessment is being conducted or considered, your application will not be cancelled. The assessment will be completed and you'll be informed of the outcome.
If you've been issued an exclusion or suspension, or a risk assessment is being conducted or considered, your NDISWC will not be cancelled.
You'll need to have applied online for an NDISWC via your MyServiceNSW Account.

How to cancel
- Select the 'Cancel online' button.
- Log in to your MyServiceNSW Account.
- Select 'NDIS Worker Check' from the dashboard.
- Select 'Cancel' on the 'Cancel Application' or 'Cancel Check' tiles.
- Select 'Submit'.
Refunds are not issued for cancelled applications.
