Register for NSW election reminders

Introduction

If you would like to get an email or text message (SMS) reminder whenever a local government or state election is coming up, you can register online for the NSW election reminder service.

Eligibility

You must be enrolled to vote in NSW to sign up for the election reminder service.

What you need

• your current enrolment details (name, date of birth, address)
• your email address and/or mobile phone number.

How to register

• Select the ‘Register online’ button.
• Enter your personal details, then select the ‘Verify enrolment’ button.
• Check that your enrolment details are correct.
• Enter your email address (for email reminders) or mobile phone number (for text message reminders), or both.
• Check the box if you agree to the privacy terms.
• Select the ‘Subscribe’ button to complete your registration.

The NSW election reminder service will only remind you of future local government or state elections, not federal elections.
