Introduction
A National Parks Concession card gives you free entry into all NSW National Parks and Reserves. If you'd like to renew your National Parks Concession card you can lodge your request via email or post. Alternatively, you can visit a service centre.
Eligibility
Current National Parks Concession card holders with a valid Pensioner Concession Card/DVA Gold Card.

What you need
A photocopy of both sides of your valid Pensioner Concession Card or DVA Gold Card with your name, address and phone number clearly written on the photocopy.
How to apply
- Photocopy your Pensioner Concession Card or DVA Gold Card.
- Write your name, address and phone number on the photocopy, and then submit via:
- Email: annual.passes@environment.nsw.gov.au
- Mail: National Parks Contact Centre Manager, PO Box A290, Sydney South NSW 1232, or
- Visit a service centre.
More information
- Concession cards will be posted to the address on your Pensioner Concession Card. If you'd like your concession card posted to a different address, please provide this when you submit your request for renewal.
- It may take up to 1 month from the time you submit your renewal request to receive your National Parks Concession Card.
- Concession cards can only be posted by regular mail.
