Conveyancer’s licences expire 30 June each year. If you've forgotten to renew your licence, you can apply to have it restored, until 30 September. If you don't restore the licence by then, you'll need to apply for a new conveyancer's licence and you won’t be able to trade until you receive your new licence. You can apply to restore your licence at a service centre.
What you'll need
- your personal details
- your licence and renewal number as shown on the licence renewal notice.
