Restore a pawnbroker or second-hand dealer licence

Introduction

If your pawnbroker or second-hand dealer licence has expired within the last 3 months, you can apply to have it restored. You can do this at a Service NSW Centre.

If you do not apply to restore your licence within 3 months, you'll need to apply for a new licence. You cannot trade until the new licence is issued.

What you need

• your renewal notice
• you payment.
