If you hold a qualified supervisor's certificate and you haven't renewed it before the expiry date, you can still restore the certificate within three months of expiry. You can do this at a service centre or submit your Renewal Restoration Notice through the mail. Three months after the expiry date, you'll have to apply for a new certificate, and you can't trade until it's issued.

What you'll need

  • your completed Renewal Restoration Notice. If you don't have it, you can still apply at a service centre
  • your proof of identity.
