Introduction

If you want to update the contact details on your liquor licence and you have the necessary authorisation, you can update online.

Eligibility

  • You need to be at 18 years of age or older.
  • Hold a NSW Liquor Licence and be listed as a:
    • licensee
    • approved manager
    • contact person
    • club secretary.

What you need

  • a MyServiceNSW Account
  • liquor licence number
  • licence name
  • licensee name
  • personal and contact details if an individual
  • name, ABN, ACN and contact details if an organisation​.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Go to Liquor Licence Manager' button.
  2. Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Select 'view licences'.
  4. Select 'view details' on the licence you want to amend.
  5. Select 'modify licence'.
  6. Select 'apply to change the details on a liquor licence'.
  7. Follow the prompts to complete the online form.
  8. Attach any supporting documents.
  9. Submit your application with payment.

More information

  • You can register to act on behalf of a licensee as a:
    • premises owner
    • business owner
    • spouse or family member.
  • Once you have an approved or active licence you can use the Liquor Licence Manager to update and maintain your details.
