Surrender a motor vehicle repairer licence

Introduction

If you no longer need your motor vehicle repairer licence, you can surrender it at a Service NSW Centre or by email.

What you need

• licence details
• the PDF form –'Notice of Surrender'.

How to surrender

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Complete the form and submit it:
   • at a service centre, or
   • by email using the details on the form.
