  • property
  • motor
  • conveyancer
  • white card and traffic control work
  • high risk work 
  • asbestos and demolition
  • design and building practitioner
  • surveyor.

Running a business is a tough job, and keeping track of employee licences can be a time consuming process for employers.

Licence Manager makes it easier for business owners and managers to track their licensing compliance obligations.

You can search for your employees or subcontractors licences from a range of industries and save it in one convenient location, reducing the time spent manually tracking licences.

You can access Licence Manager through your Service NSW Business Profile under the Licences tab.

If you don't have one, visit the Service NSW website and Search Business Profile to create an account.

You can then search for a licence and save it to your profile.

It will give you all the information that's available on the public register for that licence.

You can also ‘opt in’ to get notified when the status of a licence saved your profile has changed, like a licence expiring soon.

To ‘opt in’ to receive email or SMS notifications, log in to your Business Profile and select notifications then Preferences.
