Cancel a private mooring licence

Introduction

If you want to cancel your private mooring licence, you can do this at a Service NSW Centre, or by post or email.

You may be required to remove the mooring apparatus from the seabed and you're responsible for any costs associated with the removal.

What you need

• the PDF form – 'Private Mooring Licence Cancellation Request'
• your proof of identity
• the PDF form – Request for Refund – Maritime (if applicable).

How to cancel

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Complete the form and submit your application in person at a service centre, or by post or email using the details on the form.
