Share a licence or other digital credential with the Service NSW app.

Overview

Download the Service NSW app and add a credential to your wallet. Once a credential is added you can return to your transaction and share your credentials.

Add a credential to your wallet

  1. Download the Service NSW app on your phone. If you already have the app, update to the latest version.
  2. Log in to the Service NSW app with your MyServiceNSW Account details.
  3. To add a licence or credential, select 'Wallet' from the homescreen and then the 'Add' button.
  4. Follow the prompts to add your licence or credential to the Service NSW app.

Share a credential

  1. Scan the QR code with your phone camera – the app's check-in page will automatically open.
  2. Review information being requested.
  3. Complete biometric check.
