As part of your participation in the research activity, Service NSW may collect your personal information, including:

  • your responses to any questions we ask during the activity
  • your name and email address if you chose to be contacted for a follow-up interview.

How we will use and disclose this information

Service NSW uses your personal information to:

  • contact you about a follow-up interview (if you consent to this)
  • test, evaluate and improve our services.

The feedback and answers you provide in the survey will only be used in a de-identified way. This means that when we present or publish findings from the research, your responses will not be linked to your personal information and will not reveal your identity.

Service NSW will not disclose your personal information to anyone else unless you provide your consent, or we are required or authorised to do so by law.
