How to report road damage
Take note of where the road damage is located as you'll need to provide the location when you make a report.
You can report road damage to Transport for NSW via:
For damage on local roads, Transport for NSW will pass the report on to the relevant authority who will then assess the damage.
You can submit an anonymous report or provide your contact details if you'd like a response.
Vehicle damage
If your vehicle has suffered damage as a result of the condition of a road you can Lodge a public liability claim with Transport for NSW.
