- kayaks
- bicycles
- surfboards.
- stray stock animals
- share bikes
- shopping trolleys.
Fines
Under the laws, owners of property left in public places may face penalties including:
- on-the-spot fines
- higher court penalties
- rapid seizure action
- enforcement orders.
