Update organ donation details

If you have a myGov account linked to Medicare, an online option is available to: 

• update your details on the Australian Organ Donor Register or
• change or remove your decision to donate your organs and tissue.

To update your details online go to the myGov website, select Medicare from your linked services and follow the prompts.

If you cannot update your donation details through myGov follow the instructions to complete the form Australian Organ Donor Register – PDF. 

You will need your Medicare details to complete the PDF form.
