COVID-19 information

As part of the NSW Government’s economic stimulus package, licence fees have been waived on new applications and renewals lodged between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021.

A tattoo parlour operator licence allows you to run a body art tattooing business in NSW. If you operate this business and also perform tattooing procedures at the premises, you don't need a separate tattooist licence.

You can apply for a tattoo parlour operator licence online using your credit card. Alternatively, you can visit a service centre.
