Apply to recommence trading

Use the Liquor Licence Manager to lodge your recommencement application online after a temporary break in trading.

Introduction

To recommence trading under your liquor licence after a break of 6 weeks or more, lodge an application through the liquor licence manager.

Eligibility

Any person or organisation holding a current NSW liquor licence.

What you need

  • a MyServiceNSW Account (you can create one when you start your application)
  • date the premises is intending to re-commence trade.

How to apply

  1. Select the 'Go to Liquor Licence Manager' button
  2. Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Select 'View licences'.
  4. Select 'View details' on the licence you want to amend.
  5. Select 'Modify licence'.
  6. Select 'Apply' next to 'Recommence trade'.
  7. Follow the prompts to complete the application.
