Access the NSW Building Certifiers’ Portal
When you register, the portal allows building and development certifiers to:
- lodge applications
- submit supporting documentation
- upload certificate of currency insurance documentation
- view your application status
- view registration details
- change contact information
- pay any fees associated with registration and changes.
Applications
You can apply for:
- individual certifier
- grant of registration
- renewal of registration
- registration – expired less than 90 days
- getting a suspension lifted
- change of details
- mutual recognition
- variation of registration
- body corporate (company)
- registration
- renewal of registration
- voluntary surrender (cancellation) or suspension of registration
- replace a principal certifier.
