Access the NSW Building Certifiers’ Portal

When you register, the portal allows building and development certifiers to:

  • lodge applications
  • submit supporting documentation
  • upload certificate of currency insurance documentation
  • view your application status
  • view registration details
  • change contact information
  • pay any fees associated with registration and changes.

Applications

You can apply for:

  • individual certifier
    • grant of registration
    • renewal of registration
    • registration – expired less than 90 days
    • getting a suspension lifted
    • change of details
  • mutual recognition
  • variation of registration
  • body corporate (company)
    • registration
    • renewal of registration
  • voluntary surrender (cancellation) or suspension of registration
  • replace a principal certifier.
