Use the Green Slip Price Check

Introduction

The Green Slip Price Check is a quick and easy way to get a CTP Green Slip quote comparison from all insurers, for the most common vehicle types.

What you need

You'll be asked for different information depending on which option you choose:

• Option 1: Driver licence or registration billing number
• Option 2: Vehicle number plate or VIN
• Option 3: Vehicle details, insurance and driving history.

Note: Options 1 and 2 usually provide the most accurate prices. Learn more about how the Green Slip Price Check works.

How to check

1. Select the 'Check online' button.
2. Choose from the 3 options.
3. Follow the prompts to get a price comparison.

Driving offences and demerit points

If you committed a driving offence in the past 3 years and 4 months that added demerit points to your licence it could affect the cost your Green Slip. This will apply even if the demerit points have since been removed from your licence.  Check your demerit points.
