Introduction
Businesses licensed to sell liquor or manage gaming or gaming machines must display certain signs on their premises.
The type of licence you have determines which signs you must display.
Printing options
You can download signage files from the Liquor & Gaming NSW website for free. You can use the files to:
- print the signs yourself, or
- get them printed professionally.
Printing requirements
If you download and print the signage, you must:
- print from the original file downloaded from the Liquor & Gaming NSW website.
- not alter/modify the file or content of the signage
- make sure the printed signage is clearly legible and does not become faded or excessively damaged
- display the signage in a prominent position within your venue, making sure signs are clearly visible to the public.

You can also order printed signage from the Liquor & Gaming NSW online shop.
You need to create an account to log in to the online shop.
There is a fee for each sign ordered.
Optional signage
The Liquor & Gaming NSW website also provides information signs you can choose to display:
- gaming signage in languages other than English
- voluntary harm minimisation messages for digital screens
- voluntary liquor signage.
