Replace a general boat driving licence

Introduction

If you need to replace a general boat driving licence, you can do this in person at a Service NSW Centre.

What you need

• your proof of identity
• the PDF form – 'Application for Replacement Products (Maritime)'
• your payment.

How to replace

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Complete the form.
3. Attach your supporting documentation.
4. Visit a service centre and submit your application.
