Report a parking sign

Parking signs convey directions for safe and convenient parking. They benefit all road users, including pedestrians.

If you see confusing, faulty or damaged parking signs you can let us know online. We'll review your feedback and take action where appropriate. 

Note: This online form is not to be used in response to a parking fine. If you'd like a parking fine reviewed, refer to Request a review for a fine.

1. Select the 'Report online' button.
2. Select the problem with the sign from the drop-down menu.
3. Provide additional information (if applicable).
4. Upload your image.
5. Select 'Next'.
6. Select the location of the sign, or enter it manually.
7. Select 'Next'. 
8. If you wish to be contacted select 'Yes' and type in your details.
9. If you don't want to be contacted select 'No, Submit now'.

• If you've provided your contact details including an email address, you'll receive a confirmation receipt of your feedback with a case number.
