Report a parking sign

Introduction

Parking signs convey directions for safe and convenient parking. They benefit all road users, including pedestrians.

If you see confusing, faulty or damaged parking signs you can report them online. 

Note: This online form is not to be used in response to a parking fine. If you'd like a parking fine reviewed, refer to Request a review for a fine.

What you need

• location of the parking sign
• details of the problems with the sign 
• a photo of the sign in .jpg or .png
• your personal contact information if you want to be contacted.

How to report

1. Select the 'Report online' button.
2. Follow the prompts.
3. If you wish to be contacted select 'Yes' and type in your details. You can then submit the form
4. If you don't want to be contacted select 'No, Submit now'.

• If you've provided your contact details including an email address, you'll receive a confirmation receipt of your feedback with a case number.
