What can I submit information about?
Information can be submitted about all regulatory matters concerning greyhound racing in NSW. This includes animal cruelty, general welfare, integrity, drug use with greyhounds, conduct of Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) or other race day officials, and conduct of greyhound participants.
What can't I submit information about?
If the information is about day-to-day race operations at GRNSW (that is, grading enquiry, race start time), you should contact the relevant GRNSW department directly to ensure a prompt reply.
What is the process?
The Special Commission of Inquiry will review all information received to inform their recommendations to government on the future governance and oversight arrangements of GRNSW. Once the information has been received by GRNSW the information will be assessed to see if it should be accepted or rejected for investigation. Depending on the nature of your information, GRNSW could refer it to the RSPCA NSW or the NSW Police. If your submission requires immediate attention, the relevant GRNSW department may also be contacted to ensure a prompt response.
