  • Get access to a range of tools and resources including free mental health training for managers to address the risk of workplace stress and to help manage mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Find out more about the SafeWork NSW Mentally healthy workplaces program.
  • You can receive free confidential, independent phone-based support, where you can talk to a skilled mental health peer worker to develop strategies and make positive changes to improve your mental health and wellbeing through Hear2Talk.
  • Small business owners can get help and advice to take action on their own mental health and wellbeing using personalised resources and tools available at Ahead for Business by Everymind.
  • Mental health coaches with a small business background provide free and confidential help to small business owners through NewAccess by Beyond Blue.
  • If you're living in regional, rural and remote NSW, you can connect with local mental health services and resources and access workplace and community mental health and wellbeing education sessions in response to natural disasters through Rural Adversity Mental Health Program.
