The Personal Injury Commission (PIC) is an independent statutory tribunal that resolves disputes between people injured in motor accidents and workplaces in NSW, insurers and employers.
The Commission exercises functions in three divisions:
- Motor Accidents Division
- Workers Compensation Division
- Police Officer Support Scheme Division.
