In addition to this, both TfNSW and Service NSW will use your personal and health information to:
- contact you about your application, including to confirm the information in your application or to request additional information
- assess and process your MPS permit application
- for internal administrative purposes, including for the purpose of our interactions with you

Your information may be used for the purpose of processing a refund to your nominated bank account through Service NSW's banking provider, Westpac, if your application is unsuccessful.
Service NSW and TfNSW will not disclose your information to any other person or organisation unless you have provided consent, or the disclosure is authorised or required by law.
Service NSW and TfNSW will take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
