You have a right to complain if you are dissatisfied or concerned about an interaction with:
- a NSW police officer
- a NSW Police Force administrative officer
- the NSW Police Force.
How to make a complaint
To complain about less-serious issues, such as rudeness or poor customer service, visit your local police station.
