Introduction

You can claim the Large Towed Recreational Vehicle Toll Rebate online. Before claiming, you need to register for the rebate.

The rebate applies to most of Sydney’s toll roads. It does not apply to the Sydney Harbour Bridge or Sydney Harbour Tunnel.

Eligibility

You must:

  • be a NSW resident
  • have registered for the rebate
  • have both the car and towed recreational vehicle registered in NSW for private, pensioner or charitable use
  • have travelled on a NSW toll road with a car, caravan, boat, or horse float combination detected as a Class B vehicle, and had a Class B toll charged to your toll account
  • have paid Class B tolls with your NSW-issued electronic tag or tagless account
  • have paid the toll in full
  • claim your rebate within 12 months of receiving your toll statement. 

Note: The rebate is not available for motorhomes registered as Class B or Casual Pass toll road trips.

What you need

You need your E-Toll account login details.

How to claim

  1. Select the 'Claim online' button.
  2. Log in to your E-Toll Account.
  3. Select 'Submit online claim'.
  4. Follow the prompts to claim the rebate.

Note: If you have not logged in to your E-Toll account since 1 March 2022, you'll need to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot my password’. If you have issues logging in to your account, visit the E-Toll website.

If you're unable to claim online, call the Transport for NSW Service Centre on 1300 133 310.

  • The rebate is capped at 8 toll trips per monthly billing period.
  • Rebates will be paid directly into your nominated bank account.
