If you receive assistance from EnableNSW and you need to change your personal contact details, you can do this online.


You need to:

  • be registered with EnableNSW
  • have used the service in the last 12 months.

What you need

  • your personal details
  • your consumer number (also known as CE Number).

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Complete the form on the EnableNSW Consumer Self Service page.
  3. Select 'Go'.
  4. Enter your updated details.
  5. Select 'Save'.

If you don't wish to make the changes online:

  1. Email the required changes to, or call 1800 ENABLE (1800 362 253).
