Introduction

If you'd like to change your Easy Toll Account from auto payments to manual only payments (or visa versa) you can do this online. You can also make this change by calling us on 13 77 88 or by visiting a service centre.

What you need

Your E-Toll Account login and password.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Enter your account number and password.
  3. Read and confirm the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Follow the prompts.

If nominating a bank account, you'll need to complete the E-Toll Confirmation / Change of direct debit details – PDF and submit it at a service centre.
