You can change the address or contact details on your Transport for NSW personal E-Toll Account online.

Note: you'll need to visit a Service NSW Centre to change your name on an E-Toll Account.


You must be the account holder or an additional contact.

What you need

  • your account details
  • your new address or contact details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select 'My details'.
  4. Select 'Customer details'.
  5. Enter the changes and submit.

Note: If you have not logged in to your E-Toll account since 1 March 2022, you'll need to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot my password’. If you have issues logging in to your account, visit the E-Toll website.
