Change or cancel a heavy vehicle access permit

Introduction

Heavy vehicle access permits issued by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), Transport for NSW or local government/s, can be amended through the NVHR.

You can only apply for an amendment to a valid (non-expired) permit. 

You can also cancel a permit through the NHVR, or replace one if it's been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
