You can change the credit card or debit card information on your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account online.

To change direct debit information, you need to complete and submit an E-Toll Confirmation/Change of Direct Debit Details form.


You need to be the account holder or an additional contact to make this change.

What you need

  • your account details
  • the changed credit card or debit card details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select 'Update payment details'.
  4. Enter the changes and submit.

Note: If you have not logged in to your E-Toll account since 1 March 2022, you'll need to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot my password’. If you have issues logging in to your account, visit the E-Toll website.
