Change the details on a property certificate or licence

Introduction

If your details have changed you must notify NSW Fair Trading within 14 days if you hold a:

• Individual licence or certificate of registration – change of name or contact details
• Corporation licence – change of name, contact details or director details.

Corporation licence holders must notify NSW Fair Trading of changes to the licensee in charge within 5 business days.

What you need

Depending on the change of details you will need one or more of the following PDF forms:

• Change of Details: Property certificate or licence
• Change of Director: Corporation property licence
• Notification of Licensee in Charge Details.

You will also need to provide evidence of the changed details as stated on the form.

How to change the details

1. Download and complete the relevant form.
2. Gather the required supporting documents.
3. Submit the completed form:
   • at a Service NSW Centre or
   • by email using the details on the form.
