Service centres – latest COVID-19 restrictions

  • Face masks remain a condition of entry into Service NSW centres. You may choose to provide evidence that supports a medical exemption. Visitors may also have their temperature checked using infrared hand-held thermometers.
  • If you need to travel to a service centre, you must comply with regional travel restrictions.
  • Service centres continue to operate at reduced hours with limited staff.
  • Cash will not be accepted at Greater Sydney service centres and contactless payment is preferred at all stores.

Driver licence testing delays
