Introduction

If you've received an email from the NSW local registration authority advising of an issue with your Automatic Mutual Recognition (AMR) notification, you can complete the outstanding actions online.

If there is a mismatch between what you've notified NSW and the confirmation information received from your home state regulator, you may need to contact your home state regulator to resolve the matter. 

What you need

If requested, you'll need copies of documents in PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPEG, JPG or PNG format; maximum 2MB file size.

How to complete outstanding items

  1. Select the 'Complete online' button.
    Note: You can save and resume your notification, but if you have not submitted it within 60 days, any details you've entered will be deleted.
  2. Log into your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. From 'My Outstanding Items' select the item you need to update.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the outstanding items.

Privacy

To notify to work in NSW under the Automatic Mutual Recognition scheme with the Department of Customer Service (DCS), you'll need to create or log in with a MyServiceNSW Account.

By logging in you consent to sharing your name and email address in your MyServiceNSW Account with DCS.
