Gambling comes in many forms and can develop into a problem for some of us. If you or someone you know finds gambling difficult to manage, there are resources that can help.

The NSW government has developed apps you can use to help you quit or gamble less.

  1. The GamblingLess: In-the-Moment app provides 24/7 support and is tailored to your individual needs. It checks in with you 3 times a day, and depending on how you respond, suggests activities that can curb gambling urges and tackle the triggers.
  2. The Gambling Habit Hacker app helps you meet your personal goals around gambling. These may be to reduce the amount of time and money you spend, or to quit altogether.
