Manage RSA/RCG/ARCG training courses

Introduction

Approved training providers (ATPs) are authorised by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver industry training in:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
• Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG).

ATPs must use the online portal system to:

•  schedule and lodge courses
• cancel courses that are not running on the nominated date. 

Following the completion of a course, ATPs must :

• enter the details of the successful students
• pay the fees by credit card
• print an interim certificate for each of the students.

You need to apply for access to the portal by completing the Course Management Portal Access Form.

How to manage

1. Select the 'Manage online' button.
2. Sign in to your OneGov account.
3. Follow the prompts to manage RSA/RCG/ARCG assessments.
