Access the RSA, RCG and ARCG course management portal

Introduction

Approved training providers (ATPs) are authorised by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver industry training in:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
• Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG).

ATP portal

ATPs who manage training courses use the online ATP portal to:

• schedule, search, change, or cancel a course
• enrol students individually or complete bulk enrolment uploads
• download interim and completion certificates
• complete course payments and print tax invoices.

What you need

Your log-in details.

To access the ATP portal for the first time you need to activate an account:

• you must have a unique email address, not a shared or generic email
• you must have an activation email from the ATP portal administrator in your Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• you will need to create a password and set up multi-factor authentication.
